MY DREAMS

Hello! my beloved friends…. Happy to see you again…

Guys... Every lonely night in my sleeping I always have a nice dream. I realize that all my dreams will come true. Now I would like to tell you about it in the following.

I want to be success in my studying from Sanata Dharma University then become a good teacher in my homeland. After that I will teach the right things to my peoples. Besides teaching them, I will open an English Course for general in order that peoples will study well and improve their English skill passively and actively as well.

I see in Every University in Indonesia always yielding a lot of master grade every year so that increases the unemployment continously. People say we have individual effort to overcome this problem, the other say we must carry on the business which has a larger one opportunity. By this reason, I joined a well-known business since three weeks ago. Now I’m carrying it hard. I want to be a winner in this business.

Guys we know dream is the key to conquer the world. Somebody who walks with the missions upward is not a barrier for him or her.

KICKING THE DRUNKER

Hello..My belove friends..Iam very happy to see you again .
By this opportunity I would like to share with You about my unforgetable experiences when I was In my homeland. Iam sure that it will be intresting if you are antusiasm to read the following.

It was when I had my holiday with some of my friends. We spent our New Year holiday on a beach of Halltecan, Jayapura-Papua. We were 5 people, all of us were boys, and we went by five motorcycle. We brought many things like, food, drinking, rice, snacks, plastic balls cigarette, matches, a camera etc. It took 3 hours riding our motorcycle from Sentani (the sub-district of Jayapura regency). We arrived in the afternoon; it was about 5 p.m and made on immediately the fire. The situation was not too crowded. Then we played football in two groups. We really enjoyed that moment. We laughed, we ran, we walked along the edge of beach, and we watched the beautiful sunset from a shady gazebo. The dark came soon. We went back home and prepared anything to celebrate the New Year eve. We did it for almost five hours. The New Year came soon and we shouted as loud as we could. We shook our hands each other and we also greeted other groups. And it was the time to have our supper. We sat around the food. Our captain distributed the food well. We finished our supper in not more than 15 minutes because we were starving. I needed some water to drink while I was finishing my meal. Then I asked my friend, VINUS, to hand me a bottle of water, because I was very thirsty. After that, I went to the living room. It was too dark, the people of that town celebrated the New Year Eve cheerfully and the situation at that time was enjoyable. We were also so happy with this moment. I left them there and then went home alone. On my way home, I found two dunkers were drinking on the pavement. Oh..my god! I was very afraid of them, because they all were heavily drunk and looked at me with the dismal face. I wanted to find the alternative way but the bridge was not turned. The bridge had been broken for 2 months ago caused by a land slide. I couldn’t go everywhere; I kept silent and waited for them to move from that place, but they were still there. Finally I took a large stone and threw it to them. They pursued me quickly. I ran away a long the river bank. It was midnight, I was so tired. When I took a rest for a while, they found me there. One of them, wanted to kill me and I fought him and then kicked his buttock. He felt down under the ground. When they were taking their friend, I immediately ran away and then went home.

That’s all my unforgetable experience guys.

Describing a process means writing about how something is made of or how something happens. Examples, how coffee is grown, how glass is made etc. When we describe a process, we explain the steps to produce a product. There are several methods writer uses to describe something in a process. We may use formal language or we may use examples, or we might take something ordinary by comparing it with something extraordinary.

For that, here I want to tell you about how the process to make a sweet food from buah merah.

All right guys... Buah Merah is a type of thorny plant which is planted by Papuan in certain area. It is well-known as for making in a matter of medicines and foods .it’s compatible to plant in a neutral temperature. You will heal swiftly and fell better without needs requiring a treatment. It is also as a favorite food for my villagers

Before we begin to make it, firstly we have to prepare the equipments we used.

Frying pan, it’s used to cook for buah merah

  1. Ngulum, a tool made from wood to extort which is have cooked

  2. Fire wood, for making fire to cook

  3. A cattle , water for mix with buah merah in order to be coagulate

  4. Fire stove, the place to cook buah merah

  5. Food stuff: to pour into them for eat

  6. An tradition flavors: they are to pour into them and the food we have prepared

Okay... now let us make a sweet food from buah merah

Make the fire, burn first all wood we have prepared. If it is burning, wait a moment and then put a frying pan up to the fire stove. After that, hush it for 20 minutes till boil. While it boils, pour a little traditional flavor into them in order to buah merah doesn’t less it flat of that dot boiling. Let it for 1 hour till ripe perfectly. And then lift up from the fire stove. After that made cold for about 15 minutes and then puts them into the ngulum. Be careful when filtering and pouring some water into it. So it mixes together but not to be coagulated and no resulting a bad oil. If it will be coagulated and becomes the oil, please make it back to be liquid by pressing with hand over many kinds of food such as vegetables, taro, and potatoes and so on. Finally we can enjoy the foods.

My Beloved Rice Cooker

Hi..My beloved..A rice cooker is not a sexy girl. It's just a object but I love it..he he, Do you want to know the reason?
Please read this the following....
I am originate from a village at the west side of Star mountain regency, Papua. My village name is Borban. It’s about 600 kilometers from one of the capital regency. It has natural fertilized lands from the organic stuff ash produced by the chemical decay. So, it’s no wonder that most of the people living around my village work as farmer. They cultivate their field in a traditional way. For example, they work their garden with cut the tress in a forest and work movely.
Then I go to a city for studying. I study in a city that’s famous for its citation as a city for students. It’s Yogyakarta. As a city for students, of course, it has many educational institutions like; schools, universities, and other informal institutions for education. I choose one of the well known private universities there to study. It’s Sanata Dharma University.
Guys...It’s shocking for me to move directly from a village lifestyle to another one, especially the city lifestyle. This new lifestyle is very different. The city seems never sleep and move on every single minute. The people are very dynamic and love practical things a lot. “If I can buy and enjoy the things I like, then why should I wait for it?” So, if I want to eat, why don’t I buy them in a cafe or restaurant now? I need more effort to adjust or adaptation myself to this new situation.
As a new comer, I live in a boarding house. I chose one that is not too expensive but conducive to study. Then I get one. My boarding house has 5 rooms and most of the lessees are students. My room is painted white color. It makes my room is seemed large though it’s actually a very narrow room. I am like an animal that lives in a den.

Living in a boarding house as a man with a villager nature is sometimes ridiculous. I don’t like the hurried lifestyle. I cannot go with the saying ‘if I want to eat, why I don’t go directly to the canteen.’ It makes some of my friends laugh at me. They think that I can’t do so because of economical reasons. I don’t get bothered with them for what they are thinking is not totally wrong. So, I buy a thing that I am going to describe for you something relating with my semi-descriptive story as I told above. Here we go my beloved.....
I have bought a thing that’s useful in my life, especially at this moment in the boarding house. It is a rice cooker. I bought it for almost two year ago at an electronic shop in Pasar Demangan, Yogyakarta. It still works well until now. The shop selling my rice cooker is a big building located in Pasar Demangan. It has a big board indicating the name of the shop and the services available there. It sells various kinds of electronic stuff like television, tape recorder, DVD players, rice cooker, and many others.
My rice cooker is not the big one. But it is beautiful and fits to be placed in my room easily .I placed it in the corner of my room, close to the electric socket. It’s good because the cooker’s cable can be adjusted tidily. When I finish working with it, I put them nicely between my desk and the bookshelf.
The cooker has two main parts. These two parts are very important because if one of them does’t exist then the rice can’t be cooked. The first part is what’s so called pan with a stainless-steel lid. This pan is made of aluminum. It is coated with a special metal layer so that the rice can be cooked perfectly and not sticking to the pan. This pan is unpainted to avoid the dangerous poison of the paint for human body.
The second one is the main body containing heater element inside. The heater element is made of thick aluminum while the main body is made of thin metal that is painted in white. On the main body is placed the switch for cooking. There is a sticker on it indicating that this electronic stuff is energy saver and low wattage.
This cooker is featured with a plastic cup to measure the rice we cook. The cup is as big like a tea cup. The amount of rice cooked determines the water needed to cook. Three cups of rice is the same amount with 250 gram of rice and it’s the maximum capacity of my little cooker. It takes about 30 minutes to cook rice at the maximum capacity. It can be used to cook water or instant noodles as well as rice.

That’s one of my beloved things in life. I love my little rice cooker because it helps me much in living as a simple man in a simple boarding house. Thanks God I could have this one.

This place is very accessible, located near the campus; it’s about 700 metres or only four minutes away on foot from the Campus. You can find it easily. If you ever

This place is like a flat. It’s a single building consists of 5 rooms and has a shop selling the basic needs of the dweller. The all 5 rooms are rented for US$ 250 each per month or US$ 3.000.000 per year. Every room is 4 x 2 metres at large. The facilities gotten are unlimited electricity power, a free laundry service, and a spacious room, three litres mineral water per day, a guest room, and a computerized safety-system.

My friend rented the room number 2. It is in front of the living room. There is a small rug in front of the door. He has lived there for three years and He has many things inside his room. In his bright, spacious, and colourful room painted it white, violet, and green), you can find a big cubism painting that it bought in an auction hung on the wall near the door. From the wide window, you can enjoy the freshness of the potted ornamental plants at the terrace.

This place is has a desk against the wall at the room corner. There he placed an antique beautiful table lamp, a classic table-clock, a small mirror, and a personal computer. Under the desk, it sets up a well-branded active speaker. There’s a wood chair behind the desk. In the right side of the desk, you can find a bookshelf full of literature books, various kinds of reliable dictionary, scientific books and education-journals. This room or place has a big spring bed in front of the desk. And cupboard is beside the bed. On the wall, opposite the wall where it hang the painting, he gotten several posters of football collection; artist and some pictures of animal. This place is not only comportable but also peaceful

Do you guest this smart lecturer?

Hello..guys????

This is my fourth semester of studying English in a well-known private university. I’m proud of being in such a reputable institution and learning many things here. I meet a lot of persons and I plenty of fun with them .They have various things and feelings. All of them are very attractive.
I have met a lot of people and I have known several employees of USD and some lecturers of PBI. I can’t mention them, because all of them are very kind and friendly. Those people teach me in the second and third semester. Some of them are my favorite lecturer.

Well...I’ am going to describe one my favorite lecturers here. Can you guess who is he/she? Let’s see. together... . This lecturer taught one of my favorite subjects. In this subject, I have to practice and speak much correctly. This lecturer is humorous and love to smile. When this lecturer taught, many students were amused because her or his way of teaching. The students sometimes seem to be funny and fresh.

This person is medium height and seems beautiful or handsome in her or his middle-aged. This person has short grey hair. This lecturer doesn’t wear glasses. Her/ his dark eyes are a little bit narrow. This person has a flat nose. This person's lips are neither thick nor thin. I never find that this lecturer uses a cosmetic for her or his natural visage. This lecturer always wrinkles as she or he hears any mispronounced words. When this lecturer is standing in front of the class, she or he never puts her or his hands on her or his hips. This lecturer usually busy with her or his books and listens carefully to her or his students. In the class room, this lecturer usually wears a dotted blouse and well-pressed trousers. This lecturer walks carefully and her or his shoes or sandals are fit for it.

This lecturer is patient and kind to her or his students. This lecturer is also friendly and good -looking .This lecturer will give a good mark if her or his students are not lazy or have a strong will to master the subject. I think this lecturer is totally gives her or his life in the world of English. This person is simple but very consistent with her or his style. This is why this lecturer seemed attractive when she or he teaches in class.
